We want your event to go as smoothly as possible (a great event for you is a great event for us!). Therefore, we’ve answered some of the most commonly asked questions below!

How Much Space Is Needed For Our Photo Booths?

Our photo booths generally measure at 2m x 2.5m x 2m. However, we always recommend allowing a little more space (as well as access to a mains socket). If possible, we recommend a space of 3m x 3m x 2.5m since this will allow for our props table. 

With our Magic Mirror, the size is 1.5m x 1m x 0.5m but we always ask for a space of 2m x 1.5m x 0.8m. Again, extra space will make it easier for your guests to enjoy the props; we also require a mains socket for the Magic Mirror. 

How long does it take to set up and take down?

Ultimately, the set up and take down times will depend on which package you choose. We’ve listed some general times for set up below; 

LED Letters – 20 mins

Magic Mirror – 30 mins

Photo Booth – 45 mins

LED Dancefloor – 60 mins

Once your fantastic event comes to a close, it should take around half these times to take them down again!

Can the prints be personalised?

We like to offer a customisable experience for all our customers because…well, it’s your event. With this in mind, you’ll be able to choose text, a logo, or even a theme for all your prints.

How far do we travel?

As long as you’re based in Scotland, we can reach you! 

Within a 50-mile radius, you won’t pay a penny for mileage or delivery. Over 50 miles, it’s just 40p per mile.

Are we insured and PAT tested?

Safety and security are both important to us which is why we have public liability insurance, and also why all our electrical products are PAT tested.

How do you pay if you want to book?

The easiest way to book is online. Once you’re happy to go ahead with the booking, we’ll send an invoice for £100 (this secures your booking). The invoice can be paid by debit or credit card. 

What happens with the pictures after the event?

Once your event finishes, you’ll be given a USB stick holding all the photos.
